What happens during a demo?
A demo is when we show you how Kronus can help your flooring business. We’ll walk you through everything it does, including: creating quotes, managing jobs, tracking installers, communicating with customers and running reports. We personalize your demo to you so you’ll never get a generic sales pitch. Before we get started, our team asks you about your current process and pain points so we can show you how Kronus can solve your problems. Demos are generally 35-45 minutes and give you enough time to decide if Kronus makes sense for your business.
How do I know if Kronus is right for my flooring business?
When you’re tired of the paperwork mess, clunky legacy software and being stuck at your desk, Kronus can help solve your problems. We scale to fit your needs so it doesn’t matter whether you’re a solo operator, single showroom or running multiple locations. Our sweet spot is with 1-20 users who require powerful flooring software without complexity or an enterprise price tag. Your demo will help you know if we’re right for you. If we aren’t, we let you know.
Can Kronus replace my current software (RFMS, QFloors, etc.)?
Yes, it can. We help flooring stores migrate from legacy systems regularly. Kronus does it all: quotes, orders, scheduling, payments, reporting, but it’s easier to use, more affordable and has support that actually responds. Our team will help you bring over your customer data, product catalogs and historical information so you keep everything you need during the transition. Switching isn’t hard as we take care of the heavy lifting.
Do you offer training and support?
We do and it’s included. We onboard every Kronus customer for free step-by-step. Our team will train your entire team so everyone can confidently use the system. Once we get you up and running, our support team is here for you and responds within minutes, not days. When you call us, you’re talking with people who have worked in flooring retail, not someone reading from a script in a call center.
How much does Kronus cost?
Our straightforward, affordable price scales with your business. Legacy software charges you expensive hardware, per-user fees and hidden fees, while Kronus gives you everything for one transparent price. Contact us to get a personalized quote for your number of locations and users.
What makes Kronus different from other flooring software?
The three things that help us stand out are: we’re cheaper, easier to use and offer better support. However, the thing that sets us apart the most is being built by Dennis DiCarlo who spent 30 years running flooring stores and dealing with terrible software. Kronus was built to solve the problems he dealt with every day. When you choose Kronus, you’re getting solutions from someone who’s done your job and understands your challenges.
Does Kronus integrate with Quickbooks, MeasureSquare and my suppliers?
Yes, Kronus is compatible with QuickBooks for accounting, works seamlessly with MeasureSquare for measurements and connects to B2B supplier networks for automated product catalogs and pricing. We separate your operations and accounting so everything syncs cleanly without any complicated setup.
What if I’m not tech-savvy?
You don’t have to be tech savvy to use Kronus. It was designed with people who aren’t comfortable with technology in mind. If you can use email, you can use Kronus. We also walk you through everything during onboarding, train your team and offer ongoing support when you need it. This lets users get quotes confidently within the first week, not months later.
Is my data safe and secure?
Yes, Kronus uses enterprise-grade security, encrypted data transmission, secure cloud storage and regular backups to keep your business information safe. Your customer data, financial records and business operations are stored safely and automatically backed up. Data security is important to us as we store our own business data on the same platform.
Do you have long-term contracts that lock me in?
We don’t. Trapping customers in contracts isn’t something we do. Our goal is to earn your business with great software and excellent support rather than locking you into multi-year agreements you can’t escape. If Kronus isn’t working for you, you’re free to leave.
