By accessing our website or using our software platform, you agree to use the services in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws, regulations and industry guidelines. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Kronus software platform, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

This license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees.

Data and Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into the Kronus platform, including customer information, business records, quotes, order and other content you create or upload (“Your Data”). By using our services, you grant Kroinus a limited license to store, process and transmit Your Data solely to provide and improve our services.

We will not sell, share or use Your Data for purposes other than providing you with our services, except as required by law or with your explicit consent. You are responsible for maintaining backups of Your Data and for ensuring that Your Data does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Kronus Content:

All content on the Kronus website and software platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software code and other materials (“Kronus Content”) is owned by Kronus or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, republish, download, display, post or transmit any Kronus Content without our prior written consent, except as necessary to use our services in accordance with these Terms.

Third-Party Links and Integrations

The Kronus website and software platform may contain links to third-party websites, services or integrations (such as QuickBooks, MeasureSquare or B2B supplier platforms) that are not owned or controlled by Kronus.

Termination

You may responsible for any fees or charges incurred before termination
You remain responsible for any fees or charges incurred before termination
We may, but are required to, delete Your Data from our systems in accordance with our data retention policies

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support following the account cancellation process outlined in your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To fullest extend permitted by applicable law, Kronus, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to:

Your use of or inability to use the Kronus website or software platform
Any errors, bugs or interruptions in our services
Loss of data, profits, revenue or business opportunities
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or account
Third-party conduct or content on our platform
Any other matter related to your services

Service Availability:
